Bakery is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer bursting with raw talent and eager to make their mark. If you’re fresh out of school, self-taught, or just hungry to make some moves in the industry, we want to see what you’ve got. Bakery is a 2022 and 2024 AdAge Small Agency of the Year.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our creative team to design visually stunning assets for campaigns, social media, branding, and more.Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives in brainstorms and team meetings.Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials, as well as final art for creative marketing campaigns across digital and social, print, OOH, packaging and others.Balance multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.Take direction well but also bring your unique style and point of view to each project.Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality work on tight deadlines.Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, contemporary ideas to the table.OpportunitiesWork on high-visibility projects with some of the most creative minds in the industry.Grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment.Join a loud and energetic work culture where ideas are celebrated, and no day is the same.Develop in an environment that is built to champion your craft and remove obstacles.RequirementsA portfolio that shows off your raw talent, unique style, and love for design.A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but we’re open to self-taught designers with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your talent, skills and creativity.
