As a Developer you will work closely with a team of other Developers and IT professionals to create, troubleshoot and revamp software systems. You will design, code, install, and maintain functional programs and application. You will also perform unit and integration testing and evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement secure SharePoint applications and services, ensuring they meet organizational needs and security standards.Assess existing SharePoint systems to identify areas for improvement, developing new features and functionalities as needed to enhance performance and user experience.Build and maintain seamless integrations between SharePoint and other enterprise systems, ensuring efficient data flow and operation across platforms.Create and document detailed technical specifications for SharePoint development and enhancements, providing clear guidance for implementation and maintenance.Collaborate with technical authors to write and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, continuously monitoring SharePoint systems to identify and correct defects.What Makes You GreatYou have a positive attitude and a desire to take challenges head-onYou possess strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesYou are not afraid to dig in and tear apart existing systems to improve themYou have strong written and oral communication skills and are not afraid to use themYou can prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentYou work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with both technical and non-technical team membersYou are attentive to detail with a focus on accurate resultsRequired Education and Experience2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline.Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, Java and JavaScriptProficiency with version control systems such as GitProficiency in writing secure codeFamiliarity with Power BIKnowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks and databasesKnowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologiesMinimum QualificationsExperience developing secure code within a Government, Healthcare, or other Privacy Sensitive environmentUnderstanding of Cloud Systems ArchitectureExperience with a risk management framework such as NIST 80-53, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, HITRUST, FedRAMP, etc., is helpfulFederal Information Systems experience & knowledge of the security control assessment process is helpful.Must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
