Description: Record Collection / Expeditor
The Marker Group is a
prominent national company in northwest Houston that provides primarily
defense litigation support services including record collection and
analysis and medical review for complex legal cases.We are looking
for a few excellent candidates to call facilities following up on
medical records for lawsuits. This is a full-time position offering at
least 40 hours per week with excellent pay and benefits. Some overtime could be expected.
All positions will be fully remote after training in our offices.
Successful candidates will be have great attendance, be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Must have excellent phone skills.Must have excellent customer service skills.Must have 2-3 years computer experience.Ability to navigate in new computer programsAbility to multitask within Windows using multiple applications.Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.Must be high energy and willing to learn.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Sound judgment and logical decision-making are critical in this position.'Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
