Director of Sales & Marketing
at Moris Media. The individual will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing Strategies in their zone of operations. Additionally, the individual will also be responsible for managing, guiding, and training the Business Development Managers and other marketing positions in our growing team at Moris Media.

You will be leading a team of staff for most operations but may have a singular role to play in some key strategic works. Your work will often reach all areas of the business for Moris Media.As a Director of Sales & Marketing, we expect you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual effective sales strategies, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.The core responsibility of the Director of Sales & Marketing is to grow the business by planning and implementing the day-to-day tasks and strategies to achieve this goal.The ideal candidate needs to have an analytical mindset, be an excellent communicator, have in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms, and also have the capability of leading a professional team in this highly dynamic environment.As a Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll need to:
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategyManage the strategyManage and train the rest of the teamStay up to date with the latest technology and best practicesManage and oversee different digital marketing channelsMeasure ROI and KPIsPrepare and manage digital marketing budgetOversee all the company's social media accountsMeasure and manage online contentTrack SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysisBuild an inbound marketing planOrganize and lead the digital marketing teamResearch competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.Mandatory Requisites:
