Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.MARKETING ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION, POLICYAND PROCEDUREReports To: Marketing ManagerDepartment: MarketingDivision: Face to Face MarketingClassification: Hourly Non-ExemptJOB SUMMARY:The Marketing Associate is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customersLead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goalsMaintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employeesMeet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basisResponsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accuratelyResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leadsEnsure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all timesWORK ENVIRONMENT:Retail/Events:
Kiosk and showroom locations spaced around outside vendors (Sam’s clubs, Malls, Walmarts)Canvass:
Outside, neighborhoodsWORK HOURS:Hours vary based on department and season. Night and weekends are required for marketing associates.COMPENSATION:Marketing compensation is designed to reward and compensate marketing associates who strive to their best every day. A sustained effort and a disciplined approach will lead to consistent results and a very rewarding compensation plan. We establish benchmarks and goals that have been realistic and attainable throughout our history as a result of the best training in the industry.Base Pay: Hourly Rate based on experience ($15-$20 Hourly)Commissions Average $500+ per weekQUALIFICATIONS:Deliver excellent customer serviceStrong verbal communication skillsExceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow-through and executionAbility to meet deadlines and benchmarksAbility to thrive in a team environmentAble to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings and weekendsExperience in Face to Face Marketing is a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Retail/Events:
Able to stand for extended periods of timeCanvass:
Must be able to walk for long periods of time
