The Music Director should, therefore, possess a genuine love for Christ and a love for leading the church in the worship of God and be in full agreement with our beliefs and practices.As a Music Director, you will be responsible for:Selecting and arranging musical pieces for worship service and other worship events.Conducting rehearsals and leading the Praise Team.Collaborating with the worship team to ensure cohesive and high-quality God-honoring worship.Managing the seasonal choir.Providing music for funerals and weddings (schedule permitting) and special events.To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Music or Worship Director or have served in a similar role. You should have a strong knowledge of music, the ability to mentor others, build teams, and possess excellent communication skills.Join our team as a Music Director and contribute your calling and expertise to create immersive, Godly worship experiences for our congregation.Compensation:This is a part-time position; the time commitment is approximately 10 hours weekly. Salary ranges from $12,000-16,000, commensurate with experience, paid monthly.
