We’re looking for an experienced design leader to push our design strategy forward across our platforms on Support, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and Internal Tools. This is an opportunity to evolve the team’s vision, culture, and process. You'll also get to solve big, meaningful design problems and make decisions that directly improve the experience for our users, Dashers, Merchants, and the success of thousands of internal employees and agents at DoorDash!You will report into the Head of Design Foundations on our Product Design team in our Product organization. You are comfortable in navigating through complexity, and identifying areas of opportunityYou enjoy moving quicklyYou are a respected people manager who can motivate a team even in the most challenging timesYou champion for shipping high-quality and well-designed productsYou have experience building modern, beautiful world-class tools that are easy to use including a balance of B2B and B2C Experience (designing for admins and end-users)You have 10+ years of experience in design, with 3+ years of team building and management, having managed a team of 5 or moreCompensation The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
