As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and sharing our company's goals. You will be the architect of our brand narrative, responsible for communicating our vision, projects, and innovations to a diverse audience including clients, architects, developers, project managers, and trade partners. BUILD
a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives and strategic vision.Oversee Marketing Team and ensure tasks align with business goals, deadlines, and deliverables. Build
TRUST
within your team to accomplish these tasks on time and at the highest quality.Create a Client Concierge program including, but not limited to, coordinating project completion celebrations, project completion surveys, corporate gifting, social gatherings, thought leadership events. BIG’s Marketing Manager will ultimately be responsible for the success of these initiatives.BUILD
our career fair participation program with assistance from internal operations functions to include, but not limited to, branded merchandise to be distributed, external and internal communications regarding the events, on-site displays and messaging.Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify

Additionally, monitor non-construction marketing trends and strategies to continue propelling BIG forward as an industry leader.Coordinate RFP/RFQ response, including review, collection, and compilation of requirements, and submission to client. This requires effective communication with team members in multiple business functions throughout the firm and an eye towards deadlines.Create client presentation materials to aid in visual understanding of technical content.Coordinate procurement of professional project images, videos, and team headshots; updating BIG’s library continuously.Track and complete applicable award submissions (both within and outside the construction industry) for BIG accomplishments.Manage marketing database on a weekly basis by inputting current pursuit status to track business win and loss data.Works well with the BIG Team and relates to our work ethic and core values.Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experienceConstruction related industry experience preferredKnowledge & Skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a teamExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong graphic and written communication skillsStrong copy writing/editing capabilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effective time managementRFP compilation and response experienceDetail-oriented, with an eye towards aligning marketing and overall business goalsWilling to speak up, voice opinions and bring new, fresh, innovative

Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.Ability to remain in a seated position for the majority of the day while in home office (between 70% -100% of work time) operating a computer, phone and other office equipment i.e., a copier and computer printer (between 70% -100% of work time)Ability to lift or move supplies, equipment, boxes, documents and materials weighing up to 40lbs (occasionally heavier than 40lbs) in office suite and/or at work sites (i.e. vendor sites, client sites, etc.)Must be able to communicate via phone, email, and in-person with colleagues and professional contacts (i.e. vendors, support service providers, etc.) for the majority of the day (between 70% -100% of work time)Additional Eligibility Criteria
