Bild is proudly backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley.What we’re looking for We’re looking for an analytically minded SEO Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, collaborative team with the drive to grow into a leader who can build our marketing team from the ground up. This role will have the opportunity to rapidly shape the future of Bild’s marketing while growing into a valued leader at the company.This role is responsible for the strategy and creation of Bild's digital advertising content. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in developing, implementing, and measuring digital paid programs. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate is both empathetic and agile to support a scaling team and who believes social and digital are central to a brand's strategy.What you will do

Undertake marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.Optimize content considering SEO and share content through various relevant channels to ensure strong web presence.Create both tactical and strategic digital campaigns using social media, email, landing pages, and ads to drive increased conversions and engagement.Create content copy by engaging with thought leaders, subject matter experts, and independent research.Work as a key driver of pipeline for the sales team and manage end-to-end projects through clear cross-functional communication.Manage the website performance and optimization and test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy.Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.Who you are

4+ years of experience in demand generation marketing and digital marketing (e.g. Google, LinkedIn) with a focus on content strategy, creative development, demand generation, and performance optimization ideally in a B2B SaaS/Tech company.Experience with optimizing website performance and improving conversion through A/B testing.Proven track record of reaching and engaging audiences through integrated paid digital programs.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, defining success metrics, and making decisions without all the answers in front of you.A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.Good understanding of the engineering industry, in particular, hardware (or passionate about learning more!).Passionate about Bild's mission and the future of the industry.Why Bild Bild is changing the way companies collaborate on hardware.
