Every one of our 'ohana needs to feel aloha and genuinely extend aloha to all, be they guests or colleagues, strangers or friends.As an extension of the Global Brand team, the Area Marketing Manager is responsible for executing brand standards and marketing strategies for the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort & Spa while also assisting the same at designated affiliates (in this case, Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa) through a Shared Services Agreement. Responsibilities include:Increasing brand awarenessCommunicating the properties' positioning, USPs and brand pillarsCultivating and enhancing partnershipsDeveloping online contentPromoting on-property activities & eventsIncreasing direct bookingsSupporting wholesale/OTA/travel advisor/group effortsSupporting project management assignmentsExecuting property communicationsMinimum Requirements:Minimum 4 years in the marketing industry; at least 2 years in hospitality industry preferred. Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
