Newly created Beauty marketing position will advance our position with key global clients in the beauty market. The NAM beauty marketing lead will report and work closely with the Global beauty marketing leader (based in Paris) to help define the client strategies and deliver client-ready solutions to them. The NAM beauty marketing lead will also work with the other regions and global cross-functional teams to deliver on the key global clients.Your key responsibilitiesBe the regional market expert in the Beauty categories (focus on key brands)Lead deep analysis of internal and external data sources to contribute to the strategyDrive key customer strategic presentations: create and present customer-focused and consumer benefit-related strategic analysis and recommendations in an engaging, impacting, and inspiring way (proactive & reactive).Keen ability to leverage knowledge to adapt global assets into customer-focused assets.You bringMinimum BS/BA degree. Minimum 12 years of experience; ideally marketing or product development (fragrance, CPG, or adjacent)Clear demonstration of strategic and leadership abilitiesProven track record in brand strategy developmentExcellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level/C-suite executivesStrong business acumen / data-drivenStrong cross-functional partnering and communication skills – comfort in navigating in a global, multicultural and matrix environmentValued: Rigor, intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, customer focus, passion for fragrance.Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlinesAdvanced or expert skill in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel (PowerBi is a plus)
