This exciting opportunity is full-time and permanent with Converge. As the Sr. Client Retention Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic oversight of the Customer Advisory Council, Customer Appreciation Program, and customer reference program to ensure customer advocacy at

Converge Technology Solutions. The right person for this role has the ability to build the foundation for a Customer Marketing program by bringing in a strong vision, and strong history of working with key customer decision makers.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Product/Solution Marketing, Content Marketing, Field and Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Communications to ensure that the customer relationship is nurtured across the customer lifecycle to drive expansion pipeline, promote customer retention, and drive adoption and usage rates of key solutions. You will be responsible for managing the Customer Marketing budget and vendor funding, developing its roadmap, and advising senior leadership based on data and insights gleaned from your programs. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Programs within the Marketing organization.Your Role Will Consist OfThrough the quarterly and annual planning processes, you will design and refine Advocacy and Expansion programs and advise senior leadership on the most strategic ways to leverage Customer Marketing to achieve business goals.You will define processes for creating a customer reference program with both sales and our creative teams. You will also serve as marketing’s key liaison with Customer Success, driving alignment on prioritization, capacity, and customer outreach.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the Customer Advisory Council and Customer Appreciation Program to drive increased adoption, cross sell efforts, and to improve retention rates.Additional Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited ToManagement of agency and outsourced resources as necessaryManage and execute physical and virtual eventsWork cross functionally across marketing and salesYou Might Be a Fit If You Have7-10 years of experience in Marketing, with a significant focus on campaign strategy and campaign management, customer advocacy and customer expansion, and live and on-demand event management.Customer-centric mindset and ability to build and optimize programs based on evolving customer needs throughout the customer journey and lifecycleExceptional strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate business goals into successful marketing strategies.Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong program management and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently communicate with customers and present to senior leadership and internal stakeholdersExperience at high-growth companiesTotal RewardsWe offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes base salary, quarterly bonus, healthcare benefits, 401k match, company stock match program, PTO/holiday, training/development and so much more.
