We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Director to lead the search engine optimization efforts and drive digital presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical expertise, and experience in creating data-driven strategies that align with the clients’ business objectives. As an SEO Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize organic search performance, and optimizing client websites for search engine visibility and user experience.

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic growth.

Analyze and monitor SEO performance, identifying trends, and developing data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the organization.

Team development & management experience

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Oversee technical SEO initiatives, including site structure, internal linking, and on-page optimization, to improve crawlability, indexation, and overall site performance.

Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages target audiences.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlink strategy to improve domain authority, increase referral traffic, and drive organic search visibility.

Monitor and analyze website analytics, including traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to ensure the organization’s SEO strategy remains current and effective.

Provide regular reports and presentations on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Create and develop estimates for clients projected SEO performance based on recommendations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and increasing search engine visibility.

Strong technical SEO skills, including expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).

Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.

Experience managing and mentoring a growing team of SEO specialists to ensure client deliverables are completed within the scope of the project

Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and website development best practices.
