Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.The Associate Director, Amazon Media Analytics is responsible for leading the development and ongoing management of Kimberly-Clark North America’s Amazon Media Analytics program. This role will play a key role in determining the scope of the program, integrating it with businesses, and creating meta-analyses that will shape Amazon media analytics at Kimberly-Clark. This role will maximize growth and profitability of the revenue streams.In this role, you will:Design & implement infrastructure to scale new Amazon Analytics Team function so that K-C catches up and quickly “leap frogs” peer setCoach and develop a team new Amazon Marketing Cloud capability + team by creating clear value prop, socializing w/ stakeholders, and scaling winsDevelop + execute an annual media measurement transformation agenda + roadmap in partnership with both internal and external Amazon teamsManage vendors that are in service of Amazon media analyticsAccountable for the ongoing delivery of high-quality media analysis, recommendations and impact that drives Amazon Team NS, Share and Marketing KPIsOwn relationship with Amazon Measurement Product Managers, in support of overall Amazon Advertising relationship (owned by Marketing Sr. TL)Bring central learnings and best practices from HQ Insights & Analytics (I&A) Team + adopt for Amazon TeamAbility to guide, design, analyze, and drive insights from Amazon media testsMonitor industry trends in advanced retail marketing analytics (Amazon + others) for new tools, vendors, features to ensure K-C is in a constant state of readinessWork closely with Amazon Brand Managers across the organization to support their media strategies, media performance and integrationAbout YouYou perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. When you join our team, you’ll experience Flex That Works: flexible (hybrid) work arrangements that empower you to have purposeful time in the office and partner with your leader to make flexibility work for both you and the business.To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of direct experience in performing analytics in marketing sciences capacity at a media agency, market research, or consulting company, or in-house at a brandExperience building + leading a high-performing team directly or cross functionally, that develop strong partnerships with stakeholdersWorking knowledge of databases and SQL is requiredKnowledge of web measurement technologiesAd serving platformsWeb analyticsTest design and analyticsData visualization skills (e.g. Tableau, Datorama, Power BI, etc.)Quantitative education or experience preferred (Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Quantitative Marketing)Experience in a cross-functional team environment with agencyPreferred (not essential, but desired):Acumen of Amazon Advertising ecosystem and measurement suiteExperience with marketing clean roomsDesire to progress into future analytics roles that have impact over brand strategyAn MBATo Be ConsideredClick the Apply button and complete the online application process.
