is a technology-powered real estate company that is transforming the single-family home rental market at every stage of the value chain, from the way investors acquire and manage high-quality rental properties, to the quality, service, and flexibility residents enjoy when they live in them.Our proprietary Decision Science platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale.We are looking for a MarTech Manager to oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. This role is crucial for someone with a deep understanding of and experience with various marketing technologies including consumer data platforms (CDPs), data warehouses, reverse ETL processes, marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and data enrichment services.The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who can also strategize the use of data to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Initially, the MarTech Manager will be expected to handle multiple projects independently but will have the opportunity to build a dedicated MarTech team as our operations expand.Responsibilities

Technology Stack Management: Build and maintain a cohesive marketing technology stack that seamlessly integrates tools such as CDPs, data warehouses, and CRMs.Data Integration: Oversee the integration of disparate systems using best practices in data management and reverse ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.Marketing Automation: Optimize the use of marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign execution and effectiveness.Consumer Data Platform Optimization: Configure and manage CDPs like Segment to ensure they collect, unify, and activate customer data effectively across all marketing channels.CRM and Data Enrichment: Manage CRM systems to maximize customer relationship management and leverage data enrichment tools to enhance customer profiles.A/B Testing and Analytics: Implement rigorous testing strategies to drive data-driven decisions and improve marketing performance continuously.Qualifications

3-5 years in a professional capacity supporting high-growth enterprises.Proven experience in managing and integrating marketing technology stacks.Strong technical skills with experience in data platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Strong analytical mindset with a keen understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.A background check, possibly including a credit report for some roles, is required for this position.
