As a key member of the sales team, you will focus on first run film sales, should have a demonstrated interest and ability in selling across a diverse film slate, and have strong established relationships with international distributors.

Run comprehensive international sales valuations and devise strategies across film titles and territoriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and distributorsNegotiate and close deals for film rightsWork with Legal to negotiate and finalize contracts per dealConduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry and audience trends and opportunitiesPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitchesMaintain comprehensive knowledge of Film and TV marketplace and contentCoordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and A24 best practicesRepresent A24 at all major film markets and be open to travel to international territories year-roundQualifications
5+ years of experience in first-run film salesProven experience in film valuation and distribution negotiationA passion for films sales and partnership developmentCurious, nimble and a team playerSolution-orientated and entrepreneurial thinkerSeeks out new opportunities for growthHumble, diligent and resourcefulWillingness and ability to travel frequently (5 times per year minimum), domestically and internationallyWe are looking for diverse perspectives.
