We are our employees’ biggest fans, and it is our daily mission to attract, develop, and retain the brightest stars in the business.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Business to business sales, and superior management of both large and small accountsProspecting, cold calling, and development of new sales opportunitiesCreation of client-focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals, and ensuring client needs are metParticipation in team/market efforts, meetings and eventsAssisting with collection efforts from clientsCreation of client-focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals in conjunction with Target and Key Account developmentKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Highly motivated and creative individual who is looking for ways to innovateCommitted to building and developing new relationshipsMaintaining and building strong relationships with new and existing clientsProfessional demeanor, and excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skillsSuccessful track record working with major accountsWeb sales, and CRM experience is a plusKnowledge in the following industries, radio, digital, marketing, advertising, a plusSubmit to a criminal background checkLegal right to work in the United StatesEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:3-5 years business to business sales experience, with experience in media preferable.
