Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.As the inaugural member of our design team, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence and shape our members' digital journey. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from crafting intuitive interfaces, optimizing user flows, and creating visual experiences that drive conversion. You will help increase customer engagement and satisfaction through an improved user experience.Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure the translation of design concepts into a high-quality end product.Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.Promote and ensure a consistent and user-centric design experience across the platform.Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, UX/UI best practices, and eCommerce design trends.Be a champion of simplicity, clarity, and intuitiveness through design.Create site maps, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, task flows and other artifacts to visualize and communicate design direction.Review legacy UI/UX and create designs & mockups to overcome any identified limitations.Assist in the definition and scoping of new features MVP.Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI best practices, and user-centered design methodologies.Proven experience developing user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.Ability to conduct user research and gather actionable insights to inform design iterations.Experience designing E-Commerce or transaction based sites and applications.Awareness of web trends and UI controls for organization and simplification of complex information.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs and business objectives.Proficiency in Figma.Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG Guidelines).Experience working in agile development methodology.Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design.What We Offer
