Come as you are, be yourself, and let's grow together.What You'll Do:The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will join the Global Marketing team with a focus on growing the LogicMonitor business through our global channel partners (MSPs, VARs, GSIs) and technology alliances (including Cloud Service Providers, AWS and Azure). This position will work closely with and across the Partner/Channel and Sales teams, as well as directly with partners to execute marketing programs that drive joint demand.Here’s a closer look at this key role:Marketing to, with and through LogicMonitor channel partners and alliances.Experience in lead sharing and co-selling across partners.Create and execute a quarterly partner marketing calendar, connecting partner strategies and company themes into a clear, measurable, and executable plan.Design, development and execution of Integrated campaigns with our channel and alliance partners.Execute marketing campaigns that help drive LogicMonitor’s partner-sourced revenue by sourcing new resellers and integrators to partner with, accelerate the onboarding of current partners, and nurture partnerships with strategic engagements.Define, design, further build out the PRM/partner portal and maintain for partners to access and utilize LogicMonitor sales and marketing collateral.Work across Sales, BDR and marketing operations to ensure we leverage channel marketing opportunities and support growth in pipeline.Lead the development of channel and alliance sales collateral, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars and videos.Manage budget and provide accurate spend of Marketing Development Funds across a range of partner accounts including LM’s MDF program and partner-run MDF programs (specifically AWS).Manage LogicMonitor participation in major partner and alliance conferences, along with partner led events.Strong sales management and partner operational skills, along with mentoring team members.Reporting of metrics, ROI and spend for all channel and alliance marketing activities.Working with Industry and Channel associations.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree preferred.8+ years Channel and Alliance Marketing experience for SaaS vendor(s).Proven experience creating and building differentiated relationships and marketing engagement with technology, resell (VAR), MSP, GSI and Cloud partners. Specific experience in supporting Cloud Hyperscaler partners is required (AWS preferred).Demonstrated thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communications (written and verbal).Experience managing and measuring effectiveness of MDF spend.Strategic thinker and great storyteller with executive presence and the ability to communicate a compelling vision, values, and strategy for partner success.Ability to translate complex technology into customer value and delivering all external facing communication and marketing collateral.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.Benefits:At LM we believe that a total rewards package should be built with the whole person in mind, so we’ve designed a total rewards package that’s almost as complex as you are.
