The candidate should be well-versed in the Florida Bar Ethics Rules and Advertising Guidelines for Social Networking Sites when creating social media posts.Position Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can generate engaging content, interact with the online community, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, and be successful in a hybrid or remote working environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.Develop and manage engaging content (images, videos, written posts) tailored to the Family Law and Estate Planning sectors across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across all social media platforms.Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Generate regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.Manage social media advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.Understanding of Specific Law:

The candidate should be well-versed in the Florida Bar Ethics Rules and Advertising Guidelines for Social Networking Sites when creating social media posts.Must have a strong understanding of Florida laws and the ethics surrounding attorney advertising, particularly in family and estate planning, where specific rules and regulations must be followed.Local Expertise:

Familiarity with the S. Florida market and cultural nuances to tailor content effectively.Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.Creativity and ability to think outside the box.Strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement.Compensation:
