Golin Dallas is looking for a
VP, Influencer
to join our Digital team. You'll work with a rock star team of digital strategists, creatives, creators, and analysts to identify real-time opportunities, oversee influencer strategy + execution and create and execute marketing campaigns for the client. Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your client's investment. You'll integrate across digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results.

Work in close collaboration with account leads and digital team members to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and workBuild strategic social influencer strategies and cross-functional campaigns to align with clients' goals and objectivesFoster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel to clients on digital best practicesIdentify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationshipsExperience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluencyServe as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital/social programsCultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among teamServe as an ambassador of Golin's capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunitiesTake a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting effortsManage financials, including budgets and billing, projections and staffingLeadership experience as a people manager, collaborator, and advocate, a voice for the team and your direct reports
What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 10-12 years of experience driving and executing digital/social media/influencer marketing campaignsPassion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing prioritiesExperience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teamsExcellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skillsAbility to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiativesPoise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partnerConfidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situationA solutions-oriented mindset

Salary range: $120,000 - $219,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
