Job Description Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, has a full-time position available for a Federal Programs Marketing Coordinator.

If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Responsibilities:Leading the proposal development process, including go/no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out/archiving.Preparation and guidance on interviews.Developing marketing materials and content.Award submissions.Developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s).Coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports.Organizing and attending tradeshows and conferences. Travel may be required.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, or related field plus two years of relevant experience.OR Associate's degree in marketing or related field plus four years of relevant experience.OR If no degree, at least six years relevant experience in marketing, business administration, advertising or communications.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the AEC industry.Leading proposal submissions, specifically Federal responses using SF330s.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.Significant writing and editing experience.If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at www.meadhunt.com/careers.Salary Range:

$59 to $78k.
