About the role Our client, a leading medical device company, is actively looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in El Segundo, CA! This role is onsite 2 days a week so local candidates are required.

Any prior experience working in marketing operations or marketing project coordination for healthcare, medical device, or pharma companies is highly desired but not required.ResponsibilitiesProvide support in Powerpoint presentation creation and social media content calendar management Coordinate and check in on marketing project submission review processes Provide assistance and support for customer visits, speaking engagements, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) selection and booking (arrange group meeting locations, meals, entertainment, and necessary marketing materials for events) Support meetings and trade shows by assisting in idnetifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts, developing schedules, etc. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conventions, and workshopsRequired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant or Project Coordination role Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Good writing, presentation, and communication skills Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharma industries is a plus!#J-18808-Ljbffr
