We are proud to have some of the most well-known brands on our roster, and to constantly have fun campaigns, events, experiential activations and collabs underway across many different sectors. CLD PR is currently seeking a standout candidate to join our Events Team as an Event Producer. Ideal candidates have extensive contacts, an extremely results-oriented mentality, and a proven body of work. LA Based 6+ years experience in event production.Requirements:
Ideal experience includes extensive vendor contacts, creativity in ideation for brand marketing events, strong project management, and the ability to autonomously produce an event from ideation to post-production.Experience in sponsor procurement and sponsor relations is a huge plus.Budget forecasting, allocation, and management.Keep abreast of other brand event/marketing strategies to forecast incoming/outgoing event trends.Extremely strong negotiation skills for vendor, service, and venue contracts.Strong research and sourcing skills.Familiarity with permitting processes for event locations (venue, city, and state agency requirements).Manage and oversee onsite staff and vendors.Assist with proposals and pitch meetings.Maintain and manage client relationships.Travel up to 20%.Cross update team and client on all elements of event production developments.Please submit your resume and cover letter ASAP to Alex@CLDstylehouse.com.
