We embrace our differences and foster an inclusive space where everyone can reach their full potential.THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO MANAGERAs a Studio Manager (SM), you live your power by delivering the world-class CorePower Yoga experience including leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, creating a premium sensory in-studio yoga experience (clean and safe) for the community, and training a team of world-class yoga instructors and mindful leaders. You build, grow, and lead a team of teachers and studio experience team members who collectively deliver CPY-winning and foster a Core Values culture.Health and Safety Management in The StudioLead, execute and train all current CPY Smart Health Protocol and CDC guidelines in studio.Take ownership in the functionality of your studio and act as a liaison between the Studio Support Center facilities and IT teams.Work with your Studio Coordinator to maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies.Studio Presence and Guiding the Student ExperienceYou are an ambassador of the CPY Core Values.Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week primarily in studio.Teach a minimum of 6 aligned CPY5 classes per week.Leading the Studio TeamOwn all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio.Communicate all CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols for all staff members.Develop, recruit, hire and retain a Core Values driven studio team.Grow the BusinessTake personal responsibility for continued revenue and profitability of your studio.Train and inspire your full team on Black Tag Membership retention and growth goals.Partner with your District Manager to set studio goals.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEMust demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism are essential.Completion of a relevant 200-hour teacher training or Yoga Sculpt program is required.Minimum of 1 year in customer service-oriented role required.THE FINE PRINT5-6 days a week/40+ hours a week.Availability must match the needs of the business.Must be able to move around the studio space and lift up to 25 lbs.THE PERKSFree All Access Membership for you and a Plus One.30% off Retail with access to 50% during employee LOVE sales.Continued education including free intensive yoga training.COMPENSATION$50,000.00 per yearWHO WE ARECorePower Yoga is sharing the transformative power of yoga with every mind, everybody, everywhere.
