Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, this role oversees Marketing and Communications operations, requiring exceptional leadership and equestrian industry passion.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide general support to the Director of Brand Marketing.Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.Administer a creative marketing strategy across digital, print, and PR channels.Execute overall marketing strategy and manage communications for USHJA programs.Collaborate on marketing strategy and ensure consistent branding.Oversee marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and PR efforts.Manage marketing material creation and production.Monitor metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning.Support budget management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Represent USHJA at industry events.Physical Demands & Work Environment:Position based at USHJA headquarters in Lexington, KY.Moderate noise level.Occasional travel by air or automobile.To apply, please submit a cover letter and resume to employment@ushja.org.
