We are seeking an innovative, high-energy Marketing Director to serve as a Protege to the CEO and drive execution of digital strategies for FASTer Way to Fat Loss - a results focused online nutrition and fitness coaching company.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative digital acquisition campaigns for the core nutrition and fitness platform and coaching program.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and develop affiliate/partnership initiatives.
Oversee creation of social content and community engagement initiatives.
Conduct ongoing email marketing campaigns.
Set and achieve monthly goals for leads, conversions, traffic, and retention.
Optimize through rigorous measurement and testing.
Requirements:
7-10 years in digital acquisition/growth marketing with past management experience.
Deep expertise in digital marketing, email, and analytics tools.
Successful track record with membership/subscription models.
Strong leader and executor who thinks creatively and analyzes critically.
Passionate about health, fitness, nutrition and the digital coaching space.
