How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?SEPPIC, Inc. seeks a Sales & Marketing Director North America Beauty Care to work in Fairfield, New Jersey to complete the job duties below:

Work with a team of technical sales representatives in conjunction with the management of SEPPIC's commercial profit and loss statements (P&L).

Manage day-to-day operations of the North America personal Care division by setting performance goals and monitoring their achievements.

Participate in staffing, coaching, training, and performance evaluations to develop new sales programs.

Ensure adequate reporting of call reports and selling opportunities in the company's Sales Force.

Develop the department's yearly budget in line with company's expectations and strategy.

Analyze variance between budget and actual sales, and implement corrective actions.

Manage the company's sales opportunities pipeline to align selling efforts with strategic directions.

Implement local pricing strategies in collaboration with regional marketing.

Support sales representatives in responding to customer bids or in critical negotiations.

Liaise with key clients and attend meetings with exclusive customers.

Work with Regional Marketing Managers to develop a five-year strategic plan for the North America Personal Care Business Unit.

Represent the company at key industry association meetings and tradeshows.

Are you a MATCH?MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in Chemistry, Formulation of Beauty Care, Marketing or Sales, or other closely related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

2 years of technical experience with beauty care formulation, at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience driving commercial policy and sales strategy, and at least 2 years of relevant beauty care management experience.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

30% of domestic travel required.
