The Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders, design, development and QA teams to clarify and communicate business needs and contribute to the definition and design of solutions. You will ensure the alignment of user experience goals, technical solutions and business needs.

You will also help create processes to manage requirements for all stakeholders and work with senior interactive producers responsible for creating customer-facing interactive experiences for internal company website and the retail store application.This position requires a solid track record of gathering and documenting product requirements in a variety of systems environments. You must be comfortable leading workshops, working meetings and presentations. Experience in collaboration with internal creative and development teams, as well as stakeholders is important. You will be working with the retail division as well as the company's internal development group.The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans. This role provides the opportunity to change the way customers interact with our retail division both in and out of the stores.
