We’re looking for talented people with the same enthusiasm – come join us on this exciting journey!About the roleMedicom is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. In this crucial role, the Head of Marketing will be instrumental in the strategic marketing roadmap, strengthen the Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion, partner with sales to launch new campaigns, accelerate lead generation and development, utilize automation and technology for efficiency, develop compelling messaging, and enable and support the sales team. The primary focus will be on promoting the Medicom brand, products, and services, aiming to both retain existing customers and attract new ones.What you'll doDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.Provide strategic direction for brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of marketing professionals.Drive brand awareness and recognition, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.Develop and implement demand generation programs to drive leads and conversions.Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement materials and support the sales pipeline.Work closely with the product team to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.Oversee the creation of engaging and valuable content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.Ensure content aligns with target audience needs and supports SEO objectives.Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making and refine marketing strategies.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.Monitor expenses and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a marketing leader in a startup or fast-growing environment, ideally within a network-focused company.Deep technical expertise to implement highly strategic campaigns through HubSpot.Strong background in healthcare IT or SaaS industries is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.Experience with demand generation, product marketing, and digital marketing.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Creative thinker with a track record of innovation in marketing.
