Vice President of Health OutcomesJob Summary:The Data Analyst, Visualization and Reporting will be part of the Business Intelligence and Health Outcomes team building Well’s analytics platform that powers data-driven insights. Our business analytics team contributes to Well through careful curation of data, analysis, visualization, and presentations. The next member of our team will drive projects from beginning to end: frame business questions, collect and analyze data, research, complete analyses, and share insights. They will work collaboratively within a team aiming to make a positive impact on our members, our clients and Well.Key Responsibilities:Structure data to deliver meaningful reporting, dashboards, effective metrics, and visualizations in support of operational performance and strategic objectives. Help improve our data-driven decision making by contributing to data management, data governance, and democratizing insights across the organization.Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests, maintain recurring reporting needs, identify sources of data and apply transformations to create datasets for easy consumption. Additionally, create and provide training and formal documentation of delivered outputs.Leverage and utilize a wide range of disparate data sources across healthcare (member, payor, employer, provider, partner). Apply an understanding of healthcare data and analyze large longitudinal health datasets.Develop and contribute to our data and analytical ecosystem working to enhance intelligence and develop insights that drive business decisions.Act as an analytical expert within the team and across the organization.Take personal responsibility for keeping all Well systems and data, including sensitive member data, secure and safe, according to Well data and security policies and HIPAA guidelines.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency with SQL and databases.Experience visualizing large datasets using business intelligence applications like Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.Communication and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate technical analyses to non-technical audiences via intuitive user interfaces and clean visualizations.Interest and/or experience in healthcare, public health, and/or healthtech.Additional Job Information:Well is on a mission to redefine the healthcare experience.
