NetSpring is funded by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firms – Khosla Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital.What Our Team Needs We are looking for a high-impact growth marketer with demand generation focus, to join our marketing team. The growth marketer understands B2B SaaS and how to drive pipeline in a product-led sales (PLS) motion.The right person for this role will be able to identify and adapt successful growth marketing techniques from other market leaders, while immersing themselves in our exciting and fast-paced startup environment. You are highly creative, and deliver high quality output and results — with above average attention to detail.What You Will Do
Own the day to day creation and execution of email, social, content, and web marketing while also directly managing vendors/agencies to augment in-house capabilities.Work hand-in-hand with Sales to prospect and build lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile, and then enable Sales around your marketing campaigns.Work closely with Product to understand the self-service customer journey and optimize digital and inbound marketing tactics.Diligently track campaign performance and make recommendations on how to better drive MQLs and SQLs.Identify opportunities for participation in industry events and engagement with partners for building awareness and generating leads.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably marketing, economics, or related field).5+ years of marketing experience in Growth Marketing (familiarity with target personas of digital or product analytics such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap strongly preferred).Direct experience with our MarTech stack, which currently includes: HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and Google Analytics.Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM keyword management and social listening tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Can handle ambiguous and chaotic times with composure while staying organized and on task.Our InvestorsGetting set up is easy.
