We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our automated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to enhance customer and prospect engagement and drive measurable results. Your expertise in marketing automation will help us deliver personalized and effective communication strategies that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Automation Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies that enhance customer engagement and lead nurturing efforts.
    • Platform Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), ensuring they are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Campaign Execution: In collaboration with Marketing Operations, create and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead scoring, and audience segmentation, to drive engagement and conversion.
    • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize automated workflows to improve performance and ROI.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics from automated campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve business objectives, then share these insights.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, marketing operations, etc. to ensure alignment of automation efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all automated marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
    • Content Development: Prepare content for nurture sequences and other relevant, automated marketing activities using briefs.


Is This You?
    • Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing automation or related roles.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo or pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Compliance regulations: Knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in email marketing.
    • Experience with Lead Scoring Systems: Demonstrated experience using lead scoring tools and methodologies to enhance lead qualification processes.
    • Expertise in Audience Segmentation: Proven ability to segment customer data and develop targeted marketing strategies based on segmented audience profiles.
    • Customer Journey Mapping Skills: Strong background in mapping customer journeys to identify touch points, pain points, and opportunities for improving customer engagement.
