Our established, successful digital printing & marketing services company is looking for an energetic &detail oriented individual with a focus on customer relations.This is a full time onsite Monday-Friday position.
The candidate MUST have some form of client-facing experience. You must have strong computer skills,strong communication skills, a great phone voice, excellent grammar (written and verbal) & the ability towork with numerous customers at a time. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
You will work along side other CSRs to help customers with pricing, printing, file setup & work withproduction to schedule jobs.Daily Duties Include:• Answering Phones• Responding to customers via phone & email• Estimating jobs for customers• Working with customers at the front counter• Graphic design editing in Illustrator and In Design to get files print ready• Working with other employees/managers to ensure accurate pricing & customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED• Excellent written & verbal English skills• Superb phone voice with excellent grammar & manners• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment• Flexible attitude with ever-changing deadlines• Print Shop Work Experience a plus
