Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work Full-Time providing counseling and therapy to patients at our Syracuse Crisis Intervention and Prevention Program. The schedule will be three 12-hour shifts with occasional Saturday coverage as needed.

In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors/Therapists are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $4,000 or $8,000 depending upon licensure!

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Clinical lead for the team, with primary responsibility for:

conducting risk assessment

crisis intervention and de-escalation

triage and connection to care

Develop relationships across the city to include community members, local businesses and service/support providersCompletes necessary documentation and reportingRelate effectively with staff, patients, and professional community while upholding appropriate standards of confidentiality.Qualifications:

Must be a NYS Licensed Mental Health professional (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)

Additional CASAC strongly preferred

Two years employment experience in the human services field, experience providing in-community services preferred.
