Position Overview:Looking for a well-rounded eCommerce professional to expand our Project Management team and lead UX functional requirement process to improve user experience on the company website. The UX BPO (Business Product Owner) role is crucial to the technical solutioning of UX requirements. You will work closely with IT, UX PMs, CMS specialists, UAT specialists, geo stakeholders and the enablement manager to define, blueprint, test and implement new capabilities on the eCommerce platform globally.

Job Responsibilities:

Defining end-to-end requirements for B2C and B2B customers and internal stakeholders to provide cross-functional web solutions, using Agile methodologiesWork with UX PMs on transition of initiatives from the ideating and design stages to the BPO-owned stage: taking it through IT, UAT and Deployment stagesReview acceptance criteria with stakeholders before finalizing requests to ITDefine E2E UAT test cases for new requirements across 3rd-party and other dependent teamsWork closely with IT on solutioning and breakout of development storiesLead E2E blueprinting and process flows with key stakeholders, IT and 3rd party providers to ensure integration mapping, changes to resources and procedures, and dependencies are addressed prior to developmentWork with UX PMs and stakeholders to define MVP to ensure deliverables meet key business objectivesWork closely with UAT team on test plan, perform UATCoordinate with UX PMs and Geos on final testing and sign off on storiesLead cadence calls with stakeholders and executives to communicate status, ensure that deliverables are on schedule, and open issues are being properly addressedWork with stakeholders to ensure new processes and procedures are clearly documentedEnsure users are trained on new functions and how to manage enablement and issuesReport to executives on status of requirement

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience

in a product management environment in eCommerceBachelor s degree or higherExperience with Agile, Scrum or other product methodologiesExperience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirementsExperience working in a collaborative and energetic team environmentExperience communicating/advocating for projects with executivesExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills; deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced e-business environmentAbility to work cross-functionally to achieve desired results within deadlinesAble to work across various time zones; off-hours and long hours as neededA clear sense of accountability & ownershipSelf-directed and proactiveEffectively builds & delivers presentations to all levels of managementKnowledge of JIRA, Adobe Analytics

This position offers PTO, Paid Holidays, and more. Available pay is 40.00 to 50.71 per hour, DOQ.

Local to Morrisville, NC 27560 preferred, but can be 100% remote for the right candidate.

Pay Details:

40.00 to 50.72 per hour
