Job Description

The Schwartz School of the Arts seeks to hire one student employee as a Graphic Design Assistant. This position is for the 2024-2025 academic year at 10 hours/week.

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:Design promotional materials for the Schwartz School of the ArtsWork within the styleguide provided for SSoAAssist director or coordinator of SSoA in design needs for eventsAssist in producing events within SSoAQualifications

Required Skills:

Strong communication skillsDesign skills in computer softwareCuriosity to learn the process of print and productionAttention to detail and consistencyAbility to work independentlyFocus on creative problem-solvingRequired Experience:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopExperience working on collaborative, creative projectsSuccessfully passed Art 315 Graphic SystemsAdditional Information
