ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a brand champion, ensuring global consistency in accordance with brand guidelines and messaging across all channels and countriesSupport Global Sales Enablement by completing marketing and light design utilizing internal creative teams. Gather information from stakeholders for slide decks or other materials as required.Partner with Global sales teams towards supporting specific customer programs and requirementsUse of syndicated data: translate scan data into actionable insights to be shared with internal and external teams and customers.Use our project management systems and partner with our designers to execute design tasks on collateral and promo materials as required, from project opener documentation, through creative development and cross functional routing, to completion and roll-outWork with packaging and product team to ensure brand messaging is consistent on packaging globally while providing input into packaging copy and on shelf merchandisingCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency is executedPartner with Marketing department and Finance team to track and enter marketing expenses across the department using excel and other tools, ensure 3rd party setups are completed on timeProvide support for signage, promotions and other promotional efforts globallyServe as backup to Social Media team by engaging with end-user comments or publishing posts as neededAttend meetings as required with internal and external teamsAssist the team with other projects as neededPERSON SPECIFICATIONS & SPECIAL APTITUDES

Bachelor's degreeBasic understanding of marketing principles or sales strategiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and proofreading skillsCommunicates with consistency and clarity, engages in active listeningSelf-awareness, persistence and positive outlookForward-thinking, recognizes opportunities and implements improvements whenever possibleAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEmbrace a "can-do" attitude, and take initiative to solve for issues as they ariseAbility to follow established procedures in securing internal content approvals from key stakeholders and cross-functional team membersFlexible to evolving responsibilities, a desire to learn and growProfessionalism in presentation of attire, demeanor and appearanceDesired but not required:
