Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.This role is a member of the Branch Marketing Team that is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing , merchandising, and regulatory signage for Citi's U.S. Retail Citibank branches. The Branch Marketing Campaign & National Collateral Manager is a marketing professional who will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy development and execution for the Retail Bank's Lunar New Year Campaign.  This campaign program has been running for over 20 years, and is one of the larger consumer deposit generating campaigns for the Bank, as well as being culturally important.  The manager is responsible for E2E creation and delivery of all cross-channel marketing assets and activities. The manager also partners with the fulfillment team on timely and accurate promotion fulfillment to reduce the risk of customer issues.  Collaborating with marketing and product managers, this individual is also responsible for the creation and management of consumer, business, and wealth collateral for Citi's Branch-based promotional campaigns, products, and services.  Total collateral inventory averages 50-60 pieces a year, with assets requiring updates from monthly, quarterly, or annually. Strong and positive communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide and influence others, in particular colleagues in other areas.  This individual will manage third-party vendors, and will monitor collateral inventory, and ensure supplies are available for ordering and printing.  This role will also serve as the U.S. Branch Marketing Records Management Officer and ensures adherence to regulatory and policy guidelines as well as advises the team on document retention.Responsibilities:Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics.Identify and manage issues to resolution.Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated organizational proficiencies and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Capable of performing effectively and independently in complex situations with limited supervision.Education:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
