Job DescriptionPosition Overview
Design cost-effective displays for products or goods from conception to completion.Responsibilities
Facilitate ordering process for dies, create complete instruction sheets, carton content/layout/sizes.Receive, respond and solve internal and external inquiries and /or complaintsInteract as liaison between sales team, PM's customer, & manufacturingAssist in maintaining a complete photo library of completed projects/white samples.Maintain time log for individual jobsWorks independently - regularly exercises judgment and discretionMaintain highly organized, detailed records of complete design specifications & CAD drawingsMaintain a positive, cooperative, professional attitude toward co-workers, customers, and vendors.Continually meet or exceed internal and external customer Maintain highly organized, detailed records of complete design specifications & CAD drawingsMaintain a positive , cooperative, professional attitude toward co-workers, customers, and vendors.Continually meet or exceed internal and external customer needs / expectations in quality and serviceMaintain organized sample room.Rotate display's in display showroom.Maintain a good attendance/on time recordOffer suggestions for problem solving, streamlining processes, etcOffer assistance to less experienced employees on job duties / procedures as needs ariseAssist on projects created by others during times of absence.Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or Managementneeds / expectations in quality and serviceMaintain organized sample room.Rotate displays in display showroom.Maintain a good attendance/on time recordOffer suggestions for problem solving, streamlining processes, etc.Offer assistance to less experienced employees on job duties / procedures as needs ariseAssist on projects created by others during times of absence.Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or ManagementQualifications
College Degree plus 3 years structural design experienceExperience with Artios CAD, Photo Shop, IllustratorAbility to hand draw or use software design programsExcellent organizational skills/ability to multi-taskExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsPrevious work experience in manufacturing of temporary displays a plus.Speak, read, write EnglishCompensation & Benefits
