Design visually engaging, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.Conduct and apply user research, persona development, and usability testing.Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.Optimize design for improved usability, engagement, and conversion.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design.Who You Are:
Creative, detail-oriented designer with strong problem-solving skills.Passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.What you will bring to Lenme:
