We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media channels, and manage Passes social media presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across all social media platforms.Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.Engage with influencers and brand advocates to build and maintain relationships.Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and support company initiatives.Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.Why Join Passes:
