As the Product Marketing Manager for the Security and Wireless segments, your role will entail designing, creating, developing, and delivering marketing programs that showcase the value and quality of Liberty Security and Surveillance products along with Wireless & Distributed Antenna Systems. You will devise the strategy to connect and appeal to end-user customers through the company website, online presence, and various marketing channels, as well as demonstrate the advantages and functionality of Liberty offerings. Moreover, you will create and communicate powerful brand messages and enhance brand awareness, as well as analyze statistics and identify areas to improve marketing performance. You will produce engaging marketing content and explore new sales outlets. You may also supervise the participation in trade shows and workshops.

This position requires a high level of creativity and entrepreneurial drive; you should be able to work with autonomy and self-direction in a highly matrix organization and be comfortable in navigating ambiguity. Furthermore, you should have the ability to influence collaboration efforts through effective and timely communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with key contacts for the design and delivery of sales promotions and marketing campaigns from ideation to final product, including the generation of marketing resources such as online and social media campaigns, as well as traditional marketing methods such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, etc.

Obtain strong product knowledge of the Liberty Security & Wireless portfolios for strategic content creation of white papers and case studies for thought-leadership marketing tactics such as targeted email campaigns, blog articles, social media updates, and media placements.

Arrange regional customer and sales events to drive attendance and engagement with business leads to build robust contact lists for lead generation opportunities.

Partner with internal creative teams to develop in-store merchandising programs and signage to promote key products along with monthly marketing flyers and branch newsletter communications.

Govern and control the development of new website pages for the Security & Wireless portfolios within the broader Liberty site for campaign landing pages and drive traffic to key promotions and product highlights.

Create sales and loyalty programs to drive internal and external sales incentives and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide suggestions on how to enhance or extend marketing initiatives.

Execute research and analysis activities such as web metrics, competitive analysis, customer surveys, and market research.

Support the sales and marketing needs of sales and supplier product groups at global, national, regional, and local levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing or Business Administration required; Masters’ Degree - Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred

7+ years experience in product or field marketing

3+ years experience in strategic business planning

5+ years experience in product or field marketing preferred

Experience in Industrial/B2B marketing preferred; distribution experience a plus preferred

Industry knowledge, including suppliers, customers, and competitors preferred

Experience in hiring, training, developing, managing and appraising personnel preferred

Marketing strategy and implementation

Strong creativity and entrepreneurial drive

Strong research and analytics skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
