Job Description:

The Proposal Factory is a proposal department within UPS Healthcare division that manages and assists the UPS Healthcare sales team with professional and compelling customer proposal responses. The department supports the global UPS Healthcare sales groups; Enterprise and SMB small package, Customer Solutions, Global Freight Forwarding, UPS Healthcare™ Logistics and Distribution (HLD), and all UPS Healthcare™ Cold Chain services.

This position plays a critical role, working with the sales teams, towards the development of effectively winning customer proposals. This role is responsible for prioritizing, coordinating, and completing requests consisting of presentations built in PowerPoint, RFP responses in Word, and RFI/Questionnaires in Excel.

The candidate would be responsible for developing new content in PowerPoint over UPS products/services which will be shared internally and then saved in the team library. They will use knowledge databases to complete UPS Healthcare RFI/Q responses. They will also take on additional assignments that add value to the organization and to support their individual career development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Works cross-functionally with all UPS Healthcare business units to gather information/data needed for the proposal request

Conceptualizes ideas to provide composition mock-ups and initiates processes to design deliverables

Thoroughly understands the UPS Healthcare brand guidelines to ensure compliance with corporate standards

Makes initial contact with sales and solutions to discuss design options, project timeframes, and the customer-centric content

Document reporting processes to facilitate development of standard reports

Building the repository of proposal content and updates regularly

Document processes used to build report to ensure replicability

Assists analysts in analyzing and interpreting information to respond to ad-hoc requests

Efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure deliverables are sent to sales

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by creating, proofreading, and editing content to maintain brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of negotiating customer contracts

Experience within the Healthcare Industry

Experience developing customer-facing assets utilizing MS PPT, Word, Adobe Acrobat

Incorporate creativity into your current work

Project management experience

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deliverable due dates

Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Word)

Strong skillset in MS PowerPoint, Word

Knowledge of marketing toolsets (dashboards, cloud based storage platforms)

The position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and will require commuting to office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
