The Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Lung Cancer reports to the Sr. Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Lung Cancer. The Director is responsible for owning & leading the commercial strategy, launch excellence, market shaping & development, customer solutions, go-to-market model, and LCM efforts for Rybrevant and Lazcluze (amivantamab and lazertinib).

The role will contribute to optimizing the value of our global J&J Lung Cancer portfolio, by collaborating with key functions across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), J&J Research and Development (R&D), and J&J business regions.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead commercial strategy, launch excellence, market shaping & development, go-to-market model, and LCM efforts for Rybrevant and Lazcluze (amivantamab and lazertinib).Develop and deliver global marketing campaigns and associated deliverables, with cross-regional and cross-functional buy-in.Coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.Establish and deliver unique solutions to elevate the customer experience.Partner with Regions to develop, shape and implement commercial strategies, tactics, customer solutions and messaging.Work closely with Medical Affairs to ensure robust publication plans and enduring/differentiating data generation and messaging.Collaborate with Market Access to develop value propositions that support/bolster reimbursement and approvals globally.Partner across a diverse matrix of collaborators to deliver results and projects/initiatives.Work with R&D and Regulatory to bring commercial insight, develop/strengthen the Target Product Profile (TPP), and implement the broader vision for J&J's leadership in lung cancer.Collaborate with key cross-functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value proposition and commercial forecast valuation models.Create a culture of patient centricity and best practice sharing.The qualified candidate should be an agile team player who is able to lead and contribute in cross-functional teams and in a multi-cultural environment, gain alignment and drive decision making with regional teams on the commercial strategy. This individual will have the ability to understand, interpret and communicate commercial and competitive implications of complex technical/clinical/regulatory data. This individual must understand clinical data and have the ability to interact with R&D colleagues on scientific issues. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, detail orientation, and excellent critical thinking. The candidate must be solution oriented, focused on delivering results and creating impact, and able to implement and execute projects, initiatives and events with high quality standards. Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum of 7 years of dynamic experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.A minimum of 3 years demonstrated in-line marketing, market access, marketing support, or sales management/training experience implementing marketing strategy is required.An ability to handle multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required.Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.Preferred:Prior Oncology/Lung Cancer experience or scientific background is preferred.Senior brand responsibility, product launch, experience in working with global or multi-cultural teams and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred.Significant international experience; specifically, previous working experience with different geographies; working knowledge of differing reimbursement markets is preferred.

This position is based in Raritan, NJ and will required up to 25% domestic and international travel.

The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
