About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Content Management Product
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the Content Management function Knowledge and understanding of Document Automation
Knowledge and understanding of AI tools and Machine Learning concepts
Strong personal initiative to take on work, seek learning opportunities, and provide the highest level of support for our customers
Strong sense of personal ownership to drive initiatives to completion
A team-first mindset focused on doing what it takes to help the group be successful
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to think critically about tactical requirements and how they align with strategic priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Job Expectations:
Act as product owner for CIB content management team with focus on document automation technologies
Participate in business development and risk management activities
Write features and participate in product-lead Agile design sessions
Work with stakeholders to define requirements
Create and maintain new automations as defined in desired qualifications

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
