You will work backwards from customer needs and data to prioritize projects and manage strategic initiatives that drive seller education and success. You will partner across our Global, Live Channel, and Product teams to identify automation opportunities to scale our processes, tools, and services.

You will have an opportunity to work on a global scale to set clear program objectives, advise on content and delivery best practices, build content strategies, establish and report on new metrics, test new modalities, and impact business outcomes.Key job responsibilities

Own and manage the content prioritization and sprint roadmap and set clear objectivesCollaborate with our Sr. Program Manager on the long term partnership roadmap and strategyDevelop and maintain partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to gain consensus at all levels, and generate best practicesManage the dependencies and the interfaces between content projects and priorities, negotiate the trade-offs as neededAssist with the delivery of federated educational content against the team guidelinesDevelop a deep understanding of the customer and channel strategies as well as business pain points by actively deep diving data and working with cross-functional teamsAnalyze performance metrics, communicate results, and make recommendationsReview and implement program and process optimizations based on results with the ability to think big about long-term goalsRegularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiativesAbout the teamAmazon Seller University's mission is to educate global sellers with high-quality, multi-modality content covering tools, features, and programs, to empower and equip them to run a successful business. Bachelor's degree3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
