Your core job focus will be die designs.
You will work under minimal supervision while designing many types of metal stamping dies including coining, fineblank, and progressive dies, as well as designing any other tooling, prototype tooling, fixturing, or gaging needed to support business objectives, all while using proven Engineering and Tool and Die processes.
Provides manufacturability feedback to cross-functional teams.
Supports and mentors other Tool and Die team members and department Engineering staff.
Supports the Tool & Die CI team with business objectives and goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDC&G).
