Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.General Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to align with EY Consulting’s growth objectives.Oversee the design and delivery of sponsorships and experiences that build EY’s reputation and deepen our relationships with our clients and prospects.Negotiate sponsorship levels and manage contract compliance review process.Work closely with third-party hosts, vendors, and destination marketing companies.Grow and lead a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality events.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate event initiatives into broader organizational strategies.Manage relationships with business, marketing teams, and other key stakeholders.Host regular planning calls with key stakeholders and event planning team.Perform post-event duties such as debrief and expense processing.Serve as brand ambassador.Skills and Experience:10-12 years of related work experience.Demonstrated people management experience.Established track record of creating and delivering successful events.Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Detail-oriented with excellent project management and negotiating skills.Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.Experience in both virtual and in-person event environments.Knowledge of A/V and online event platforms.Positive and motivated self-starter.What We Offer:We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis.
