Our Santa Monica studio is a vibrant community where members transform their bodies, minds, and lives through a unique blend of cardio, strength, and functional training. Every day is different, with a massive variety of 50-minute sessions led by our highly trained coaches.
Role Overview:
As the General Manager of BFT Santa Monica, you’ll be the driving force behind our studio’s success. This is not just a management role—it’s a leadership opportunity to inspire both our team and members while overseeing daily operations. Your mission will be to:
Drive Sales:
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage Operations:
Ensure the studio runs smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
Foster Community:
Cultivate a high-energy, inclusive environment where members thrive.
Lead by Example:
Occasionally step in to coach classes, using your fitness expertise to motivate and educate.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales Expertise:
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals.
Leadership Skills:
Experience in managing teams, with a focus on creating a positive, energetic workplace.
Fitness Passion:
Certifications in fitness or wellness are a huge plus. We want someone who lives and breathes fitness, ready to jump in and lead a class if needed.
Community Focus:
Ability to generate leads through local events, partnerships, and grassroots marketing.
Operational Savvy:
Comfortable managing day-to-day operations and making around 50 calls per day to close sales.
